By accessing or using the WiFiMoney community, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Membership

WiFiMoney offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid membership is billed monthly ($79.99/month) or annually ($799.98/year) through Whop, our payment processor.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3. No Financial Advice

All content provided by WiFiMoney — including but not limited to market insights, trading ideas, live calls, the Dataset, and the WiFi Money Algo — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. WiFi Money Algo

The WiFi Money Algo is an automated copy-trading strategy that runs through Bitunix. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading in financial markets carries significant risk of loss. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.

WiFiMoney does not hold or manage your funds. The Algo executes trades on your own Bitunix account. You maintain full control and custody of your capital at all times.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any membership content
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service's security
• Scrape, copy, or automate access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including the Dataset, the WiFiMoney Terminal, market insights, and educational materials — is the property of WiFiMoney and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own benefit during your active membership.

7. Limitation of Liability

WiFiMoney and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses resulting from trading decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
